Don't put a lot of money and effort into finding accommodation, and after the concert, get accommodation in the city around Busan and move.
It is highly likely that the concert hall is Busan Asiad Stadium, but if the concert ends late, the subway and buses are likely to have been cut off.
You have to take a taxi to go to your accommodation anyway, but please don't book your accommodation in Busan, where the price has increased several times.
The recommendations are for Gimhae, Yangsan, and Ulsan.

Gimhae is about 30 minutes away by taxi. Even with a surcharge, you can get there for 20 dollars. It is connected to Gimhae International Airport by light rail, so you can easily go to the airport when you return. There are the tomb of King Kim Su-ro, the founder of the Gimhae Kim family, and the National Gimhae Museum, which are the largest number of Korean surnames. However, I recommend you to go back to Busan and take a tour. During the day, you can easily travel by bus or subway.

Yangsan is also about 30 minutes away by taxi, and you can go there for 20 to 23 dollars even if you pay a surcharge. Even if you can't go to Gimhae International Airport at once like Gimhae, you can go to the airport by transferring only once. Yangsan is a typical bed town in Busan, so there are three major Korean temples called Tongdosa Temple, so it's worth visiting. Just like Gimhae, I recommend you to go back to Busan for sightseeing. In particular, you can go to Haeundae by subway at once, although it is near the end of Seomyeon or subway, which is the biggest main street in Busan.

Ulsan is a little far away, so it takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes by taxi. The fare will be about 40 to 45 dollars. Even if it's a little far, Ulsan is one of the few metropolitan cities in Korea, and compared to Yangsan and Gimhae, there are one of only two National Garden in korea ,Taehwa River National Garden or Daewangam Park located on the beach. In addition, it is the largest industrial city in Korea, so there are Lotte hotel and many business hotels. There is also an airport bus to Gimhae International Airport, so you can arrive at the airport in about an hour on your way back. There is also a KTX station, so if you want to go to Seoul, you can go to Seoul by KTX as well as bus. Gyeongju is also an hour away and there is a bus, so it will be good for you to go sightseeing in Gyeongju. If you go back to Busan, there is a four-digit blue wide-area bus, and there is a subway from Taehwagang Station to Haeundae or Bujeon Station right next to Seomyeon, and the fare is cheap within $3 for both buses and trains, so you won't have to worry.
