KATE 키캡.... 200달러 날아갔군요.

예전에 집단소송 한다고 구글폼으로 신청 받는거 접수해뒀었는데요.


청산절차 들어갔다고, 채무 등록하라고 메일이 왔네요.

PDF 문서에 빈칸 채워서 메일 회신하라는데... 고민이네요.

몇년이나 지난 200달러, 이미 없는샘치고 있던돈이라 막상 회신 하려니 귀찮기도 하네요.



RAMA WORKS Class Action / RWH PTY LTD In Liquidation

Hi, we’re Wilba and Pablo, organizers of the proposed class action.


We want to help you get the most you can back from RAMA WORKS. RWH PTY LTD, the company that RAMA WORKS was trading as, is now in liquidation, which means the company is winding down operations and paying its creditors. 


You, as a customer with products that were never delivered, are a creditor of RWH PTY LTD and can register your debt with the liquidator. This is the LAST CHANCE to recover anything from RAMA WORKS. 


Every single claim is helpful for holding RAMA WORKS and its directors accountable, which can result in civil penalties and criminal charges enforced by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (source).


In order to recover your debt, fill in the forms in the attached document and email them to the liquidator before 5th May 2025. Convert your debt to Australian dollars (AUD) and be explicit, e.g. 1234.56 AUD, when filling the forms. 


If you have any extra information relevant to the case, about RAMA WORKS’ trading practices, including misuse of funds, email it to Raft Consulting. They are accepting any information that may assist with the investigation and trading history of the company.

주문하고 1년쯤 지났을때 환불 할까말까했었는데... 그떄 안한게 한 이네요 ㅠㅠ.

소송 구글폼을 받았군요. 이건 그때 등록한 사람들한테만 오는 메일인가 보군요.
저도 200불 가량 지불했던터라.. 마음이 아픕니다. ㅠㅠ

기초적인 개인정보랑 손해금액 등등...

이미 잊어버린 돈(?)이라 좀 귀찮아서 그냥 포기할려구요.

@ruinnel님에게 답글 잘 진행된다고 해도 말씀하신 번거로운 절차가 있겠지만, 일단 뭐라도 건져볼까 해서 Reddit 에서 채무 등록용 form 찾아서 이메일 보냈습니다. 정보 감사합니다.

결국 이렇게 되었군요...
옆동네 키보드당에서 22년 5월쯤 제 주문 내역을 다른 분께 양도해드렸는데, 괜히 죄송한 마음이 듭니다...

고객 주문 받은 돈으로 물건은 안 만들고...
 차사고... 요트사고 한 라마가 나쁜넘이죠.

@이지은님에게 답글 200달러중 상당부분을 받을 수 있다고 보장되면 해보겠는데...

개인정보를 꽤 많이 넣어야하는데 해외 소송이기조하고 이긴다고해도 이래저래 받는데 나중에 수령하는 절차도 복잡할듯하고....
이겨도 손해 금액의 몇프로나 보상 받을 수 있을지 알 수가 없으니까요. ㅜㅡㅜ.
